As a Sri Lankan artist my work is inspired by Asian historical art and architecture. For this project i have used the flowers and symbols used in traditional Sri Lankan buildings in the “pot of prosperity”, which is low vase filled with coconut flowers and lotus flowers that is considered as good luck.
