The lesser spotted Oasis Giraffe, Oana, (also known as Geoffrey) has been seen at her watering hole in the Receptions of Oasis Academies Shirley Park Primary and Secondary, where she can be found talking to students and admiring the amazing artwork. The animals featured on Oana’s main body represent just some of those who are critically endangered and at threat from the sixth extinction. These include: The African Forest Elephant, Black Rhino, Hawksbill Turtle, Sunda Tiger, Vaquita, Galápagos’ Penguin, Giant Panda and the Dugong. Oana is looking for her brother, Oakley – let us know if you see him…
